We cannot make any guarantees in terms of results. The risk undertaken, if any, is upon the discretion of the customer.
A Customer is every person, who is subscribed to the paid part of the site. The customer have to be at least 18 years of age and his country of residence allows visiting sports betting related sites. The Customer is obligate to provide and keep Standardpicks.com up to date with his valid contact details.
The Customer CAN NOT reproduce the information published by StandardPicks on this website or communicated via e-mail, SMS or any other instrument in any form. This includes any partial or slightly altered reproduction, paraphrased reproduction and any reproduction or distribution whatsoever. In case of violation, we reserve the right to suspend the Customers's account immediately with no refund.
Every pick is published on the site and sent via e-mail or SMS at least 3(three) hours before the start of the match - usually much earlier. We have no responsibility in cause of the pick sent via e-mail or SMS is delayed due to customer's e-mail or SMS service Standardpicks.com cannot change any pick details after its release or remove the pick from the list. Standardpicks.com reserves the right to amend the cost of the subscription and other site rules after prior notice, applying onwards.
